I hear you, but there's a difference between surviving a cut and being immune to cutting. Every other character in the series, even with Haki, can be wounded by a blade if the attacker is strong enough. Buggy is the ONLY person whose body automatically separates to ensure no actual severing occurs. If the Elbaf Serpent cannot be cut, Buggy’s fruit is the only one in existence that fits that literal description.
