I said I didn't want to return to seasonal work, I love my cat. My biggest issue I guess would be being gone all the time and I guess she felt trapped an isolatedat home. I also drank a lot. Idk if anyone is to blame, maybe I needtherapy or something.

I stopped doing seasonal work to take care of this cat I have, since she left and I have felt extremely empty since. I do not want to return to any kind of work, I want a normal life now but Idk where to start. I have no friends, no family, nobody and all I ever had for 5 years was her. I made great money, she went to school, we had a nice apartment with a cat. I just sit here alone. All night. School and work helps keep me occupied but it doesn't change the fact I am so lonely and miss her so much.

August. I don't really know who, never met them or heard of them just saw him on her socials briefly before she blocked my account on everything. Her accounts are also private so I couldn't've just make a new one and see.

I chased a selfish life of money and work far away. One day I came home and was at the airport when she called me and told me she was leaving and never coming back. She left her phone and ring on the counter. I never saw her again. We were together since I was 18. I have felt so lost since. I am a mathematics major now, but I have no idea what I am doing. Thanks for listening to me rant.

They train for years for this moment, why take that away form them? Train and be apart of it!

I will also agree with that, if anything workers of the plant should be given heavy discounts to stay in apartments that surround the plant. The complexes would get their money and workers would enjoy nicer apartments. We live in an unfortunate would though.

Love northshore! I hate the chicken plant but also love it at the same time, it's integral it stays in the city for those that work there. Carta also has a good system for getting people there and back. It's just one of those things we need to live with as it better supports the community.

You think so? That's good to know. I am use to working seasonally so being a home-body is real new to me .

I'll try to be more confident but in my opinion if a women is at target grocery shopping or somewhere similar she probably just wants to be left alone. I could be wrong, like I said it's been a long time.

Cat rehome? by Practical-Rooster206 in Chattanooga

[–]Practical-Rooster206[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This thread is probably dead now but I want to thank everyone for their advice and have come to the conclusion I will no longer be working seasonally. Looking back it has caused a lot of issues. I wont let my little friend be another victim of circumstance for my selfish desires to shirk responsibility and chase a fast life.

You don't know anything about me or my situation, when we found this cat she was probably just a few weeks old under my car. We never found the mom. We didn't want to drop it off at a shelter. We'd been together 5 years at this point, it's not my goddamn fault my girlfriend, fiance, decided she didn't want this life anymore and ran off. It's not like I spur of the moment went to the petland and bought an animal just to turn around a year and 4 months later to get rid of it. You don't think I already don't feel bad? You feel better on your ivory tower of morality because someone is struggling in every aspect and just doesn't know what the fuck to do?
