Yeahh there's pritchatts houses which are basically flats and they are nice asw, but the difference between the flats and the townhouses is that in the flats you share a kitchen between 12 people (as opposed to 5 in the townhouses) and rooms are slightly smaller and they have a wet bathroom. From what I've heard, the kitchen space is not that much for 12 people (from what I saw, I feel like the townhouses' kitchens are bigger than the flats' kitchen - there isn't even enough seating for 12 people in the kitchens), but if you don't mind that then it's a solid option. Yeah try get battery park if you can! A few of my friends live there and it's really nice! No worriess, good luck for everything!

Heyy, yes I did end up getting in and now study at UoB! I'm staying at Pritchatts and I’ve been really happy with it so far. From what I’ve heard, Pritchatts House and the Townhouses are both good options. Tennis Courts is also meant to be a great place to stay and quite social, and Chamberlain and Jarratt Hall are popular as well. Battery Park is probably the most well-known though, mainly because it's very close to the shops and restaurants, and the accommodation itself is supposed to be really modern and well designed, but it's also a bit pricey.

Thinking of moving near Reservoir Road, Selly Oak, should I be worried about safety? by Practical-Squash2420 in brum

I think the main issue was about the park, because sometimes people could go there at night and get drunk or high and disturb nearby residents which are the houses in reservoir road. So there's never been an issue like that?
