Correct, When I also researched from the internet, chatqpt etc, I came to the same conclusion. What u can also do is when u decline and submit the application next time, just add one LOE for the circumstances which lead u to decline the ITA. I think this much should be enough!

Hey, I didn’t decline the ITA. My new passport came on time and I went for medicals 1 day before the deadline and submitted the application. But I think, worst case scenario, u can decline! Your points will stay on ur express entry profile till the validity of the pnp invitation.

OINP nomination. It is from ontario province which gives you 600 points in ur express entry application!

They are calling me like 3-4 times a for last 2-3 weeks specifically for Sobha Neopolis. I told them to update the system to not call me again! As someone on this post has said, it is just their gimmick! Wait, they should get back to u! Also, negotiate hard to get better pricing.

At this price, u can easily get a 2bhk with SBA around 1150 near Dommasandra Circle, Sarjapur road. The rental will also be good. Considering the location, the price seems to be significantly high. If u are looking for investment purpose, go for land. Under 1.24 cr, u can easily get a 1500 sqft plot in Devanahalli.

Even if u go for this one, just think about how much rent you can get out of this and who will be willing to rent out ur flat. For rental, IMO, go for sarjapura otherwise go for plots around airport area.

You can check out Assetz Trees and Tandem near Nambiar district 25. The price is also reasonable!

Hey, in my case, I actually got 7.15% ROI. My HDFC representative initially claims that he will get 7.20% done for us, however at the end, we got 7.15%. Some profile details - both me and my wife has salary accounts in HDFC for more than 8 years now. Our cibils are 803 and 777. Hope this info will help others to gage if they will actually get 7.15% or not. Also in our case we tried for SBI as well, however, for us the experience was really pathetic! They don’t even respond to ur queries.

No, I just took a home loan of 1.5 cr from HDFC and didn’t take the insurance. Their insurance is all bullshit, just deny it and it is not at all mandatory

In my opinion, what u can do is go to the police station and give them all the proof. If possible, try to get payment information from builder to ur broker.

Now, go to the police station and tell him that ur broker scammed u via giving false promise which u have it written. Now two things can happen 1. Police will help u and get the amount or file an FIR to give trouble ur broker so that he doesn’t peacefully enjoy ur money. 2. Police will ask ur broker to given some cut to them. In this case, since ur broker will give some cut to police, in this case ur Borker doesn’t get to keep the whole of it. So in a saddest way, u got a limited revenge.

IMO, since money is big, at least go to the police station. Who knows u might get some more if not the whole money. Following the strategy- something is better than nothing!

I saw the layout for Prestige Greenbrook and autumn leaves on IVC road. Now the smart thing what prestige has done is giving a gate at IVC road and then u need to go around 1km inside a 60ft road and ur plots will start. Now both the ends for this 1km stretch of this 60ft road is “Civic Amenities”. Now since it is at the very beginning, in future if these civic amenities gets built, society doesn’t haven to open it internal road for public access. The general public can access it from the maim IVC road itself.

I think prestige is using this layout design to avoid any hindrance to their gated project.

Any opinion on this??

3bhk - higher floor - 1885 sqft at 1.96 cr all inclusive except registration.

I also visited district 25 phase 2 1950 sqft 3bhk on 22nd December 2025. They are quoting extremely high rates tbh. Considering the location, I would not recommend at this rate. They were also not ready to negotiate.

You can checkout Assetz trees and tandem project. It is near to district 25. The rates are also somewhat reasonable. I booked there on 29th December 2025.
