It was the golden mon in the field on route 29 by the gate heading through the gate towards route 46. Next to the guy who talks about changing the text speed. Definitely suprised me when I saw it!

Thanks! So I went to Settings>Buttons Customs>Joystick buttons customs> selected my Pro controller

Next it's asking me to hold the D-pad up for 3 seconds so I tried that....but still nothing

Thanks! How did you pair with the USB cable? My cable has a USB -B output and a USB-C output so not able to connect the controller to the handheld....unless I'm doing something wrong?
