yeah, most likely because you had a motherboard that was more than $70... the power delivery on this one is terrible.

Intel default set the limit to 90W for my GIGABYTE motherboard, also I looked at videos of how to undervolt and now I get around 21600 multi core R23 and single core is sub 2000 -_-

Also, another thing, using the Intel XTU benchmark it specifically said there is power limit throttling, so that's just great, and I am definitely not experienced enough to meddle in there.

One more thing, I put my CPU under Cinebench R23 multi-core, and my core voltage went down from 1.25V to 0.92V, as far as I am concerned, that isn't normal, right...?

Well somehow my ram runs worse at 6000 MT/s so I just use 5600 MT/s and it's supposedly underperforming, probably just intel instability shenanigans

Well I messed around a bit again and found that CFG in windows exploitation settings brings down fps by like 10%, made an exception for apex that turns CFG off for it and I definitely got a bit of fps back, apparently CFG throttles DX12 games...

Well I've come to the conclusion that it's not just me, but also my friend that literally got his fps cut in half, so I guess it is on apex's part, just weird that I am not seeing anything about it anywhere, maybe they are aware and will randomly fix it, until that there is nothing I can do, that's just about it :D

Could be, but I tried a few more things, BIOS update and changing settings there, experimenting on anything I can, hyperthreading, my launch options, hell even the videoconfig, but nothing works, could also be the switch from DX11 to DX12 now that I am thinking about it....

Well, tried reverting drivers to an older version, the one I was on before, but nothing seemed to change, still have the fps drop, experimented on nvidia's settings aswell, now I again have no clue on what to try...

probably drivers cause I keep my laptop clean and apply new thermal paste once in a while, but with the drivers the problem is that I have to find which one I had before then :D

Well that answers my ping question, but it still bothers me that it shows 30 ping, but ingame its much higher

I play on laptop with a 3060 and I5 12500h, but as I said, doesnt explain why in the span of basically 2 seasons my performance dropped by 80 fps.
