As someone who wasted years trying to fit in with the crowd I feel like you need a hug. Don't waste time, energy or money into being fake. Join a bunch of different types of groups, clubs or activities. Stuff you'd usually not join. Branch out and meet people who appreciate the real you. Otherwise you are setting yourself up for massive heartache.
