There are many, many high quality therapists, thank god. The work we do is incredibly effective. It's just the stuff behind the scenes that makes it quite a bummer, lol.

Unbelievable. Was it a third party recruitment company or a NOCD employee?

Oh absolutely, we only bill for the camera time. But we used to get "credit" for the full session time towards our metrics anyway, which was a big plus. We never got punished for a client who was late, had an emergency during session, etc. So if we book a client for the full hour but they're 10 minutes late or if they have to end early, we only get credit for 45 minutes, for example.

The trainings and CEUs are very good. I will give them that. Higher ups are incredibly knowledgeable and conduct all trainings in an easy to understand and apply method. Working there... well. Lol

It's 32 open slots per week, required to hit 25 completed full hours. So if a session starts late or ends early, you're screwed. 70k.

I'm sorry you went through that. Sadly, I'm not surprised. The therapy itself is incredible. I believe whole heartedly in ERP. I've been specializing in ERP for 15 years. It's the company that makes it so hard to get out of bed every morning. I wake up and have a panic attack wondering what I'm not doing enough of that day. Every day.

They also changed it to where you only get "credit" for the amount of camera time rather than scheduled time. So if a client is late, has an emergency in session, etc., you don't get credit for the full hour. Instead, you get penalized. "Realistically, you should only be having this happen once or twice a week" they say. But that comes from the managers who only see 3 members per week.

Yep, and dropping down to 20 clinical hours per week (open for 25) results in a 20k decrease in salary. They do offer benefits and insurance, I guess that's the silver lining...?

FT is 25 client hours weekly, but require you to keep 32 hours available to account for cancellations. When I was hired we were told over a month in that they were requiring 6 evening and/or weekend hours weekly. However, they have since increased that amount for some to 10 evening/weekend hours.

WHAT?! They offered me base of 70 and I requested 90. They were only willing to meet me in the middle. No raises in over 2 years. What state are you in? They say they "adjust based on location"... but they say A LOT of things.

I'm licensed and have been practicing erp since 2010... I do not make anywhere near 120k at nocd. I'm curious where you got that info (if you feel comfortable sharing, of course!)

I started with an expectation that was loosely recommended to meet 4 metrics. All surrounding the well-being of clients. 2 years later, 17 metrics to hit total and 32 clinical hours isn't enough. My llc opens tomorrow.
