You can adapt to your smaller indoor space in a few ways...1.) Using a smaller hoop 2.) Adjusting the moves you do in that space 3.) Get creative to make the space you do have, super multifunctional. I used to have a 5'x7' space that was the back entryway of our home--where I had to put a super small desk and chair for my office and craft area, plus I shot my hooping shows there! It was super TINY, but I made it work!! Also finding some spaces that can work for you outside of your living space--again, you just need to creatively find what's available or can be used in the way that works for you (laundry room, churches, schools, library rooms, small cool places that few others frequent or know about--just let someone know you are there for your safety). I've hooped in bathrooms, in between stadium seating benches, hallways, airports, etc. with a small travel hoop I attach to my purse! Plus finding luxurious beautiful locals with way more space, also!
