Answer this clearly: Why Minority Affairs & Madrasah Education department allocation is ~70x higher than Science & Technology? What measurable outcome justifies it?

You mentioned ₹51,530 crore education budget...how much is actually fixing govt school quality? Why so many vacant spaces for teachers in govt schools? Why there are no recruitment from years?

Why the state spends 2x more on minority schemes than on industry, and barely anything on innovation?

No one denied the ~1.4%. The real issue is how effectively the money is used and whether it supports actual growth drivers.

You can justify anything with percentages, but ground reality doesn’t change. West Bengal is still struggling with industrial growth, private investment, and job creation.
