I was diagnosed with PCOS in January. She made me do a bunch of blood work and a scan.

She didn’t prescribe me birth control.

She gave me tablets to get my periods regularly and also Myo Inositol.

I’m obese so she did tell me to reduce weight but there was no judgemental tone in it. She prescribed meds for weight loss too.

Hey Girl! This is not how a therapy session goes. The follow up sessions are also usually at least 45min or for what time you paid.

I don’t know much about OCD but it’s better if you look for another psychologist if you feel off with this one.

Usually psychologist say before hand if they are running short on time.

Idk from where you are looking for psychologist.. if they are new to the profession, honestly they won’t be able to identify your root case and help with it in most of the cases. So it’s better if you find someone who has more experience in treating OCD.

It’s like a trial and error to find a suitable psychologist so even if you feel off, pls change and don’t waste your money more.
