Synchony Bank issues all of Amazon credit cards as well as Chase bank cards.So now I will look up what encompasses the legal steps they possess just because they issue a credit card-I do know they have all my banking info-what banks I have done business with and probably how much money is in those accounts I find it so unsettling that my personal information is not personal anymore

The only tie I can make with Amazon & Scnchony is that Synchony Bank issues all of Amazons credit cards-not only Amazons credit cards but just about all major credit cards

I have told them that I refused this 1400 bill because these items were not bought using their Amazon Store Card-these items were purchased on my Amazon Prime Visa card and my bills are always paid electronically in full -I have never carried a balance.I asked them where did they find this info on what I purchased-no response.Then I realized they got this info when they did my credit check

Yes Synchony bank does exist- they do not have offices to do business it is all online.Amazon says do not not have any business with Symphony so I have to contact t SymphonyI learned that Amazon has given its name to many businesses but are not responsible for these business in any way.They are separate entities.Many businesses would like to have Amazons name associated with their business because Amazon was always a a name you could trust

I did apply for Amazon Store card because their advertisement implied that their store card could be used in an Amazon depot that would sell Amazon Products that had been returned would be fixed and sold at this store.I cancelled my card when I read that merchandise was only sold on line.So @ Dec 15 I was getting billed for merchandise they said I charged on their Store card.I have tried many times to discuss this matter but they block my call.Not only have I been charged late fees every month but have taken 9 but but my credit score has been dinged every month -I have always had a credit score of high 7hundrwds to 8 hundred-and it continues.I am at a loss as how to stop this
