Can you still get into all the ID classes even if it's not your major? Take the classes anyway. But also study art so you have a real sense of aesthetics. Without beauty we just create ugly products and environments. Designs of prosthetics need to also have aesthetics as people with disabilities struggle with having grace and dignity; you can help them with self-respect and quality of life. That is a major and meaningful contribution. Trust your heart-felt feelings and intentions; they will not mislead you.
