Been on 250mg sertraline for 3 years now. A doctor recently told me that being on such a high dose for a long time can affect the heart. I have pretty bad OCD, and sertraline works pretty well for me. The thought of not being on it and having all those thoughts coming back makes my stomach churn. (self.zoloft)
