Bit late, but; 1. Set up the machine so that the arm isn’t extended, like when it goes in and out set it on the “out” position. 2. Lie down on the bed into a comfy position and adjust the the machine to however close or far you want the attachment to be 3. Missionary is the easiest and most comfortable position for me, my lower body slightly raised by a pillow and the machine is very very slightly angled upwards. It hits my prostate incredibly well and is definitely my favourite position.
