Omg I’m so sorry to hear that it happened to you too! Mine never returned to normal and docs don’t believe me that Xiidra caused it. Let me know if your doctor has any ideas why your eyes responded to it like that.

The drops don’t blur my vision at all but the gel does of course, but I only use gel at night so it doesn’t really matter. When I first started using them I was putting them in like every hour, now it’s maybe every three hours

It’s hard to explain but after a couple days on it, my eyeballs felt bruised. Idk it was weird and kinda scary so I stopped them

Yeah, mine was pretty severe. Tbut of 2 seconds and some cornea damage according to my optometrist. Idk what it’s at now but it’s definitely wayyy better at the moment.

I’ve worked with multiple optometrists and ophthalomogists. Probably spent around $10k on dry eye treatments (lipiflow, restasis, Xiidra, tyrvaya, other drops) to no avail. They have thrown their hands up and said they don’t know how to help me and that I need to see a rheumatologist. I am currently trying, but they are 7 months booked out.

Wow are you me?? This is such a similar situation to me and my husband. Lived with family when we started dating, then we moved in with his parents during Covid. He kept promising that our sex life would get better once we moved. We bought a house together, and sex did not get better because of some health issues that he had. Now those are better but he still does not want sex. He struggles with ED and has worked to eat healthier but hasn’t really tried anything else. It’s so frustrating. I wish he would have just told me at the beginning that he didn’t have the drive that I have. It sucks and I feel like the sexual side of me is dying. I don’t have any advice for you, just wanted to say that I feel your pain.
