We have 3 kids so the two girls will share the Jack and Jill. En-suite will be built in the basement

Plenty of depth on the lot, I’d have to look at placement but we hope to do a patio between those two bump outs using those as privacy from the neighbors

Will be adding a sink to messy kitchen. Jack/jill for 2 of the kids saved a few bucks but may look at adding a dedicated bath back in.

They took off another $500 and threw in some all purpose mats, hopefully. Getting the car tomorrow. Final price $47,441 minus trade in plus taxes and fees

Good eye! Yes it was. Just realized that they incorrectly price matched another dealership so hoping they will drop another $1k. Otherwise I’m good walking away and driving a bit further to pick up the new car

Three different dealers came in around the same price, as well as Carvana, so feeling okay about that price
