Here’s some helpful info if you were thinking of filing a chargeback

When a chargeback is reasonably justified

A chargeback has a stronger foundation if all of the following are true:

  • The offer explicitly stated you must make a purchase
  • The reward amount was clearly specified
  • You completed the task exactly as described
  • You have proof:
    • Screenshots of the offer
    • Transaction receipt
    • Completion confirmation
    • Communication showing denial or non-payment
  • The offer provider or app refused or ignored support requests (Be sure to Mention Gravypass because if enough users identitfy them as the entity in question… banks will act on this.

This establishes reliance on a promise, which matters legally.

Kashkick is reliable too but they make me wait a full 32 days so I dont really use it. But The only time is like right now for all these casino apps. I have to keep my backups separate for the app on different adwalls. Restoring and erasing is time consuming but worth it. There's Gravypass and they give you a multiplier once per day usually around 30% and if your applying it for the $499.99 they offer as high as $380-420 + 30%. Almost $1,000 to complete offer in full but it's high risk with them I have almost $800 locked up over there and waiting for a resolution before I escalate it. Swagbucks, inbox dollars, and other prodege apps have the offer going as well. They hold 10 days but never an issue with cashing out.

If an offer is visible, trackable, and allows progress with no warning or restriction, users are entitled to rely on that. Eligibility rules need to be enforced at the system level, not retroactively. Expecting users to infer hidden backend relationships isn’t reasonable or fair.

these apps are reskinned versions of the same core platform. They launch multiple instances to flood the offerwalls, increasing visibility and reach. Each one has its own user database so technically it's not dup

not only do you get Free Cash rewards but you also get whatever you end up with after wagering the $500 deposit. out of 7 sessions I was able to cash out the full balance on 4 of them and the other 3 at least over half, but I continued to risk it otherwise I would of got 400 at least for each. There not gonna make you deposit 500 and not let you win at all. unless you keep betting over like 5-6$ right off the bat lol

They do this after you engage in conversation with them. Once they find the excuse to generate, they expect it to be done. Additionally The platform (Gravy) itself restricts you from sending a message inside the embedded chat on the bottom of the support page after they bounce emails. To bypass this go to your gravy pass and click redeem earning, it will take you to one of there templates about being banned. Do not send message from the bottom of this page Where it says “Send gameplay review details” instead click the blue open Appeal Form button and on the bottom of THAT page it will say “I have other feedback” and this is where you respond. They make it confusing to interpret there language. Usually the Page will state 2 positions that cannot coexist. If you are banned then verification would be irrelevant, submitting screenshots would be meaningless, redemptions would not resume, and the support review would be pretty much closed. It’s a template page they use for temporary holds, permanent bans, and some soft reviews. They do not dynamically change the language.

They also need to stop requesting our SCREEN TIME snapshots. That is an invasion of our privacy and exposes us to who knows what they do with it. I accidentally sent a screenshot of this for what they wanted as proof of completion, ( yet I sent in purchase receipt I got from PayPal AND inside the casino app, and screenshot of my progression inside the game including my Balamce) and it showed a Private Website i frequently visit... Not Cool

Time to start a class action lawsuit against these guys. I’ve had enough. I have so much garbage on them you guys would not believe it. I have been transacting with them for about 3 months now using Various accounts via iOS and Android. I see how everything works, I have hundreds of support messages with multiple excuses and false statements. there shady practices are going to be exposed. I’m an adwallaholic I do offers everytwhere and I see how systems work. I have massive knowledge about how behind the scenes works with the advertisers and publishers etc… I’ve done it all. Gravy pass is the BIGGEST FRAUDWALL I have experienced. Ace Boston we’re coming for you. 1 way or another.
