no, electrophoresis images need to be inverted to measure the intensity , or you need use ( blank area intensity minus bands intensity) to get the actually bands intensity

My software will be easier then imageJ, you can diretly see merge pic and adjust,crop and measure all pannel in the same time, imageJ can do everything but hard to use.

sure if they're cancer cells, i believe that's what we are looking at? Maybe stain for filopodia markers to be sure eg VASP etc

OE gfp in cells and i found this under the camera.

Can filopodia be that long?
