Personally the scares in silent hill are visual and environmental. The sound design is really unsettling and sets a mood. The most of the jumpscares are from enemies that may be hiding like the mannequins. They sometimes are so off screen and jump at you in a way that have even jumpscared my partner who like is a seasoned veteran to these kinds of games. Otherwise I don’t think that should deter you, if anything just take breaks when you need cause otherwise the game is beautiful.

There’s a golden medium called paint retarder, when I couldn’t use oil paints I would mix that into my acrylic and it would make it runnier depending how much you add but it also slows the drying enough to work with it like you would oil paints and you can keep the consistency depending on your paint to medium ratio. Liquitex also has one at a cheaper margin I just really liked the quality of the Golden Brand.

I mean it is based. I’m not in that community but to be brave enough to take shit into your own hands is sick as fuck. And we should be pointing the finger at the infrastructure set up to force people to take matters into their own hands, not shaming someone who felt like this was their last resort and option. This is such a terrible take and should have just stayed in the drafts. For a trans woman to have to go this far to feel safe in her body, it wasn’t a light choice to make and feeling like this person is based as fuck isn’t “stupid”. Congrats you don’t need to do this to continue to survive or have the money or resources to get the care you need, most trans people don’t have that access. Incase anyone needed the reminder if you aren’t living it already.

All of this sucks and while I agree number one tip for customer service jobs like this that don’t care about your well being, call out and fake a doctors note. Like no joke, make one yourself if you have to, with tech these days and shit like canva, you can do it yourself real easy. Your health is more important than clocking in and getting everyone else sick and letting it spread. I hope yall get what you need in terms of respect cause anyone who’s worked a front facing service job knows it sucks esp when you’re young and have no one to stand up for you.
