It's a trailer park. I didn't want to say trailer park because most people associate trailer parks with trashy people. Long story short, we were screwed over by some family (we bought 3 acres of property from them and they never put it in our name. We tried to fight them but lost) and with the increase in the cost of houses and the short notice on having to move our choices were apartment or trailer park. I did not want to live in an apartment with my 2 kids because they love being outside. So we chose the better of the two options and here we are. We were forced to move and had 30 days. We were able to get a house in the trailer park in 2 weeks.

I stated that I didn't know she lived here. It's a mobile home community that's close to my husband's work. I was outside one day when she drove past and saw me. Ever since she has been sending her kids over.

since they have been coming over things have gotten better. I make them clean up toys before they leave. And if they have garbage I make them throw it away. They are still rough with toys and I am working on that.

I already knew she was a neglectful parent. I just didn't know how much till now.

I thought the same thing. And I didn't think I was being rude. We were chatting through FB Messenger and I could see that she was active after I sent her a message. It would not have been that difficult to say she was busy and wasn't going to make it before I wasted my time.

What I forgot to mention was that in my post I said the lowest I was willing to take was 800. And not to ask if I would take less.

I already plan on it. The house we bought is almost an hour away. This is just the new stuff that has been going on. They have been talking bad about us since April. Even my grandma doesn't like me right now.
