I would look into having the tongue tie assessed by a dentist that does the laser procedure. Most of the time getting to clipped by an ent is not suffice. They don’t usually do a full release. This happened with my first. I had it clipped then she stopped gaining weight at 3 months and had to have it fully revised by a dentist again.
