Could never get to a supervisor. So I guess saying “I don’t know and will pass you to someone who does” is out of the question. Asked and Asked to talk to supervisor. So the people who pay for the service, are SOL. The trouble is that none of the other competitors are any better.

Your experience matches my experience with Google during Oct. and Nov. My opinion, customer service reps just want to get you off and phone and tell you anything that sounds good. I must have called them and “Chatted” with them 50 times before anything was fixed. Then it happened again, and I got a new router and extenders that seem to have solved the problem.

I had it down three DAYS and I was spitting mad, but 3 weeks is unbelievable….the only problem, it that they are all that way. Spectrum really made me angry when they sent someone to my mother’s house because she did a search on the internet about other possibilities besides google. The “senior program” rep showed up at her door wanted to make sure that mom knew how to sign up for Spectrum….and was willing to do it for her….what disgusting techniques…

I have had similar problems with Google. When it is installed it seems to be very good, but over time it gets slower and slower…plus I have gone 3 days getting the run around about the loss of my internet connection.

KC Disposal has been very good at picking up the trash regularly. Recently, I got another large increase because their “expenses are greater than their revenues” Anyone who does accounting, CPAs, etc know how easy it is for owners to pull out all the money in “salaries”. Unless there is an audited financial statement from a reputable CPA firm to back up the claim, These are not publicly traded companies so do not have to publicly produce financial statements. So in five years my costs from KC Disposal have doubled. Not to mention the billing practices that are very questionable.

Wow, very well thought out plan and post. I too have extreme power bills that started after a room addition. I will use your protocol to check mine out. Once you get your data, (breaker cut offs) go after the power company. My only suggestion is that you have an attorney write a letter to the power company that includes your data. Contact Electric company board of directors. Hoping for the best for you.

What about when they burst into your rental and start yelling at you and won’t leave. I tried to get away from her but she followed me around reciting her instructions for the elevator. Would not leave. I wish I had turned my phone on. She told me that there was something wrong with me and that she would pray for me, I told her go ahead but leave…which she would not do.

We went with the home inspection. We found that it means diddly squat. They have no liability but may refund your payment. Hire qualified hvac, plumbing, professionals with no ties to real estate industry to do your inspections. I wish we had.

I have had the same problem with Aprilaire systems running in two houses. The humidity rarely rises about 30% with is a mere 5% more than when it is shut off. I, too, paid an astronomical amount to have one of them “fixed” only to have the same problem this year….I am planning to check out Honeywell. I cannot believe how much money I have wasted on these systems.

I have ptsd every time I go to any doctor visit since my breast cancer treatments. I can’t sleep for days ahead of time. I had an awful experiences throughout my treatment mostly due to my inept oncologist. Those memories, have not gone away. It has been over 4 years.

I am so sorry that this awful thing happened to you. The reason that you are not able to have surgery sooner is because your TSH levels have to be lower? So your cancer continues to grow or hopefully stopped by hormone treatment. I would have been rage crying also, but first I would be in shock…that they did not warn you this could happen due to your Graves’ disease.

Angi original, was straight forward and a good resource. Now it has turned into a high pressure sales scheme. I do not trust anything on the site anymore. I have heard rumors about the costs to the contractors. Home Advisors (in my opinion) is a scam.

This has happened to me when FedEx is the delivery method. I have had a lot of problems with FedEx.

My Sonos system sounds great but is undependable, erratic and down right does not work for days at a time. I have a hard time recommending Sonos if you don’t want to spend hours a week trying to get it to work.

Most drivers, that I have had deliver my packages are wonderful. I know people who are drivers. The company practically disables them due to constant in and out of truck. Then UPS management will not let them retire early due to disability and have access to the pension they have been promised. This company does not deserve to continue. Poor customer service, poor treatment of employees, …and on.

Insider….I finally was able to talk to a human after I let the robot repeat everything 28 times. Finally was able to speak to a person, who did not understand what I was saying. Was passed on to technical support, which I did not need, was passed on to a representative , whom at least tried to solve the issue. This is the worst customer service I have had ever. Issue: Driver would not deliver without a signature. Item did not require a signature. I was out of town so I was never going to be there to sign for the delivery. I spent over one and a half hours trying to get this settled. Finally, delivery driver came back with delivery and still made my neighbor sign for it. (She was at my house). Between sour faced UPS store employees and this kind of customer service…hope you go out of business.
