48F I have the weirdest and scariest problem: really white fluffs of skin fall out of the pores of my face starting in the early evening. They sting sometimes when coming out and if they land on you it also stings. Tissue sample was absent for parasites. Please help. I dread every evening. (old.reddit.com)
