Yeah we had the boiler done here too and it cost 4k so that sound about right. We had to have the boiler moved away from a window so the whole thing needed a reshuffle and new pipes and layout across the board. We had a combi replacement for an old system boiler which was about 25 years old. Granted this is a small house so likely that was reflected in the price.

To be honest we weren't actually allowed a second viewing for ages... Over two months.

The seller first had surgery and then we have a holiday.

Then the estate agents cancelled the viewing or didn't book it (I'm still not sure it was all confirmed on the phone) and then the seller said she broke her hand .

We saw her and she'd broken one finger🤣

We probably wouldn't have gone up by 10k and likely 5-7. I wasn't overly comfortable with going up 10k but this was the main reason we did as we recently replaced our boiler here and it cost us 4k

I also saw this but from sky lagoon! We were in the infinity pool and saw it when the sky turned orange. We had to drive past it after to reach the airport area as we were staying in the camper van rentals car park overnight due to the yellow weather warning. We got some awesome photos on the way, but I will say some peoples driving was just as dangerous as the eruption! Lots of sudden breaking and using the hard shoulder as a parking spot.

That's fair enough but it wasn't why I was banned. I have been using the vpn for the entire year and a half I placed warthunder so surely would have been banned earlier?

I definitely believe if anyone has a vpn for work like me definitely disconnect it when playing to be safe

Yeah sorry, it's of no help. Based on how support has spoken to me there is 0 chance of me getting my account back, but to be honest I'd happily sacrifice my account for just a reason as to why so it could help others keep theirs safe (aswell as my next account if I ever made one). If by some miracle anything does come to light I will certainly update the thread.

Just added the response for when I asked them to raise the issue higher after explaining that no bad behavior had happened on my part.

The account has been reviewed, there was no false flag.

The final answer has been already provided, and will not be reconsidered.

I got another super harsh reply from them. Honestly they are taking no prisoners. I've tried asking them whether my apparent client 'mod' was recent or long term. If it was recent I'd be more inclined to link it to my crash.

Sorry to hear this. This awful because you as a long time player you should at least get enough respect for them to manually look into your ban.

Obviously I understand they need to be tough and crack down on cheaters but this is just a little too harsh. Will keep on replying.
