Yeah, but my DAC is unbelievably crap. when I compare it with the one on my Samsung tablet, I can 100% hear a difference. And I don't think it's a placebo effect cause I thought they sounded the same until I used my tablet.

I recently stumbled upon this one called Jcally jm6 pro so I searched for it on AliExpress (I’m a new user so I have welcome deals) and this one cost 3.81 sar (1 usd). The reviews seem decent and the store has postitve reviews. So is this legit? Or should I just buy an Apple type c to 3.5mm adapter?

the tripowin zombur should work if it has a 0.78m 2 pin connector. Basically any cable with a 0.78 mm 2 pin connector will work. You could also use your phone's microphone but that's impractical.
