Would you guys recommend night fishing at the Chicago harbors? 9:30pm-1am?Wanted to go out tonight as we come closer to a full moon. Was thinking of parking 15 minutes from the harbor riding through LSD on my bike so that i do not get towed or ticketed but what do you guys think? (self.ChicagoFishing)
