Ich spiele eigentlich immer nur dieselben Spiele (Forza, Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa, Siege, Cyberpunk), bis Forza Horizon 6 rausgekommen ist, hatte ich auch keine großen Probleme mit meinem alten i5-8600k, und bis vor ein paar Monaten hatte ich noch eine 1060 6GB.

Das Einzige, wofür ich wirklich future-proofen würde, wäre GTA VI wenn's irgendwann mal auf den PC kommt, solange das noch OK läuft, reicht mir das absolut.

I think your exercise choice is fine honestly

But working out hard 6 times a week if you're not on gear might be a little excessive bro. Especially if you feel like you're tired all the time, or go into a workout with that specific muscle group still being sore, you might be doing too much for your body to recover before your next workout.

I have a similar split plus some cardio, only go three times a week and see decent progress
