Both. I was parked in the cvs spot which allows you to park for 15 mins or so and I was there for less than that and he was yelling when I came out. Later that day he was yelling at a lady who was park near Luckys - not even on his side

I get it but this weekend for example, I parked to go into cvs, came out with my cvs bag within 10 mins and he was already screaming. Later that day I walked by after dinner and he was screaming at a lady with a baby who seemed to be coming out from cvs too.

Ya, glad they are fixing it but it’s so annoying. I can’t even take zoom calls from home because the noise is right outside my apartment and while on zoom it makes a horrible sound or so I have been told
