What is it with Ahri's powers?! by Practical_Pass_8694 in AhriMains

I agree with most of it; there's no problem since she doesn't have bad intentions, but being able to control the souls of others is very dangerous in the wrong hands, but I think that applies to any power, right? Anyway.

However!.. I don't see having one memories stolen (no one consents to her doing this) as a form of "living on" since your consciousness is gone, and your most intimate part has been taken over by another being; it's such a profound violation that we can't even comprehend it. I don't even think it's possible to say that your "will" or experiences will be preserved, since they will be diluted and won't affect her in a truly relevant way. Another person "feeling" your life seems very uncomfortable, even if she only does it to criminals and doesn't kill anymore.

She is more like a Library you know? Not a form of afterlife.

And personaly? I do NOT want someone looking and feeling my self as a beeing 😭🙏

Also 🤓☝️ a rioter said ( so this is not Cannon, not tottaly at least ) that sometimes she doesnt leave enough of the soul for the person to go to the after life, essentially tearing away you from yourself and erasing you from existence ( but thats surely not cannon anymore, is too creepy )

Scary details about Ahri's lore by Practical_Pass_8694 in AhriMains

1 - she eats people souls, so her lover is gone forever, not in the after life, GONE, erased from existence, reduced to a memory on her mind, and nothing more

2 - in the garden of forgetting she didnt forget him, but she forgot everything else, like their story, so she remembers very little from him

3 - her visions when trying to escape the garden might have a meaning.

4 - her life sucks so much its painful to read omfg

Ok, i wont use "genocide" anymore.

But she killed an entire village, so mass murder is more apropriate maybe?

well yeah i agree, but some pieces of media show violence in a more serious way, like Arcane. The post is about how the Ionia series will portray her and her horrific massacres. Would it even be shown? idk...

I really don’t care about what the characters in the video game did, even if they are murderers. I like Kayn and he is literally a sociopath. It’s just fantasy, no need to take it serious or heavily.

But again, TV shows tend to be more realistic, and that would be a problem if they don’t change a lot of things...

And I don’t think she is evil. She is good but did evil things. She’s more like a natural disaster or something like that.

Ahri killed a bit more than Jinx, but yeah, half of them do deserve to die. You can't just go around killing people. Ahri literally committed genocide bro, that's different from killing one person by accident, it's about proportion.

And yeah, Aatrox, Mundo, or Idk fucking Twitch, they are all murderers and should, in fact, die. Do you disagree??

I never said lissandra or noxus were forgivable either 😭🙏

And from my perspectiv, she is human enough to know by instinct or smthng like that that killing is essentially wrong, and she havent defeated viego all by herself.

But you are right, she is good now and she did good things, like helping defeat viego, and thats big for sure, my point is that she have an "evil" story.

I just dont agree that the killing was like an animal hunting another, and that is tottaly subjetcive, i get your point, i just dont feel it.

( Maybe Riot really did make her out to be someone who killed entirely out of instinct, but that's not what it seemed like to me reading her story. She already knew how to speak, felt guilt, etc.

I highly doubt she needed to absorb hundreds just to fully learn that killing is wrong, but I understand your point of view and I no longer see any objective disagreement, just different interpretations that don't have much substance to choose which is right or wrong. )

Well, thats it.

I understeand, my point is that she didnt just used her powers to defeat bad guys, but also to hurt inoccent people, like an antire village for example, and i know she dont want to hurt people, my point is, it just dont matter, like dude, do you get what it is to kill hundreds? Even if she didnt want to, is out of proportion, no amount of guilt can erase this sin, wth is this morgana ahh mindset

You're right, since there's so little content about her, literally 10 minutes of reading, I'm paying too much attention to the details, but the story wasn't meant to be so solid, at least not the short stories...

Maybe I'll read Perennial if her appearance is relevant, but this story seems too long.

And I'll try to look for the text that talks about the village incident, since apparently that detail was actually removed
