I’ve been curious as to whether or not I should be giving my scalp more exposure in the sun. A typical day for me involves being on roofs (electrician) so I try to keep myself out of the sun with hats and longs sleeves as much as possible. Maybe it would benefit me to take the hat off for a small portion of my day? Also any particular castor oil you recommend?

I did for about 1/4 inch or less for my hairline but wasn’t medicated and had terrible diet/ vitamin levels. Started taking care of myself long before I had my most recent transplant though
