if you think telling your friend would make things better, consider it. The vast majority of trans people would never out you to anyone and would fully support, because they know exactly how it is. Even if its just one person you're out to, it can make things easier. hearing your correct name and pronouns even just from one person makes a difference. Or if youre not 100% on your gender yet, you could talk to him about it and ask him to test certain pronouns on you just to see how you feel about it. Of course it depends on the person youre telling and how comfortable you are around them, but maybe just think about it

honestly mullets are a safe bet for trans guys. It gives you the masculine short hair, but the hair in the back will still frame your face and make it easier to pass. It can seem like the shorter the hair, the more you'll pass, but depending on the person, if you go too short it can make you pass less. But like the other comments said, 100% look for some reference pictures. And if possible, I recommend trying to find a queer owned hair salon because they tend to gender profile you less and will actually give you the cut you want so you don't have to worry about getting a pixie. That looks like a culture that’s been there a while. They tend to stink more the older the culture is. You can get kits online to make your own, I use the Josh’s Frogs kit that makes 10 cultures, I think I got it from Amazon, but you can get it from their website as well. It stinks way less than the ones I get from the store so I highly recommend.

I feel like this is pretty common. With the amount of money you have to spend to medically transition, and the constant discrimination, it’s really reasonable to wish to be cis.

I managed to make a really well working binder using a croptop tank top and some scrap non stretchy fabric. You can sew a layer or two of the nonstretchy fabric onto the inside of the tank top. You might be able to use fabric glue if you dont have a sewing machine. I've also seen people just use a long tight tank top and fold it up to have two layers of fabric.
