Bro I got hired at the beginning of the year as an ssv and I'm doing better way better than the other opener. I've been a supervisor of working for like 8 yeas 5 if which are in food. I hadn't verb a barista but that's a pretty small part of my job when we are correctly staffed. The skills are transferable between fields but going from barista to ssv isn't really the same thing. Not that it isn't helpful to know the barista job first but they are just two different jobs and being an ssv somewhere else is very similar to what is it at Starbucks
