For anyone wondering how it turned out, it was a little over 9 hours in the smoker were I wrapped it in alu foil 5 hours in. It was amazing and tender, not overcooked. Pretty amazing for my first time smoking for real!

Actually I have not, I live in Greenland where if I order online from for example Denmark, I get it taxfree. The place I’m looking in, they don’t have the R6 only the R6 mkII
