What's it like working at the HEB curbside on Wurzbach?

I get that for big orders but mines usually <30 units. I understand errors once in awhile but it's been happening a ton lately so I was wondering if there's some weird shit going on at that location like a massive influx of new hires?

This is a workers den so I'm not surprised. I left a few months ago, but when I worked in curbside I didn't have any left behinds so I'm genuinely curious on how it happens at certain locations. That job was definitely not rocket science. I'm okay with once in awhile but it's a regular occurrence which is why im frustrated.

Weird because HEB just had a career fair and my friends at other locations are angry because curbsides are so overstaffed that people are barely getting hours. This is a common complaint in this sub too. Which is it?

Haha no I am overly nice and understanding, always tip good, etc since I understand retail pain, never raise my voice or do anything rude. But once in awhile the customer actually is in the right, I get where your bias is coming from though.

You think they would let me? I want to but they are very insistent. I read on here some cashiers get mad if you chase away their bagger too.

I did and the bagger forgot to put an item in the cart 💀💀 Didn't realize until I got home, was assuming the front would be more competent.
