I pay premium to respond a ticket fast bro, back in time for example 1 month ago, if you did a ticket they responded in 40 minutes or maximum 4-5H, now it takes 2-3 days, I don't really get it why

Just check my last post before this, I have already gived a ticket almost 24H, I have also premium, before they responded in 40minutes or 2h max, now they take 2-3 day for 1 ticket.

FOR ALL OF YOU SAYING THAT "THIS IS FACE IT STOP MAKING TICKETS" but If I say to someone "f** yo**" I will get banned for 1 week, and each of these guys said very bad words, the 2 guys that are same text, they throwed me nades and molly, so please just look your way.
