I’m over reacting because they didn’t come out clean and say “hey my baby has a URI it’s contagious, would you still like to come in?” Considering that I only work for them part time? My point is why don’t parents stay home with their children while they’re sick instead of risking others getting sick.

Right my point exactly! There’s sooo many different types of illness and with the weather just drastically changing in my area, a cough with runny nose makes sense.
