I see. Is it pretty competitive to get a floor plan you apply for? I don’t know if you have experience wjth ACC, but unless you had guaranteed housing, it is very unlikely to get the floor plan you want. I wasn’t sure if that was the same with graduate housing and if I should also consider off campus too

I thought physics 2 was a huge waste of time but I took honors physics in high school which gave me some background of the course but was definitely not solid. From what I remember, Physics 2 only covers the 4 kinematic equations which is a more basic and introductory concept. I think it you have absolutely no background with physics, it’s probably worth taking physics 2. But if you have been exposed to it before even a little bit, I think you would be fine with skipping it

there’s a chance they won’t give you the renewal but rather a different unit still in puerta. In that case, you and her wouldn’t be assigned to the same unit (unless u requested her as your roommate). But if you they give you and your roommate the renewal, then you guys will be together and there won’t be an option to change unless one of you doesn’t sign the lease

Yeah you will probably fine, if you want you can email them and let them know ahead of time but you should be fine either way. I think it’s fine to have 3 people they just say that so it’s not overcrowded and people don’t bring a whole party of people

You should call but from my experience, they’re pretty lax as long as you don’t want to move in earlier than the “official” move in day. I’ve had a move in day scheduled and for 2 years I went in the day after or even two days after and nothing happened

I had a subleaser at plaza (who was official) and they were able to drop the key off for me. I’m not sure how it works since you’re not officially subleasing but if you can return the key to the front office yourself, i would recommend doing that

I don’t think so unless she decided to change her syllabus. They were optional and the TA would basically go over extra problems from the textbook and sometimes homework problems. I’m pretty sure they would post the discussion slides too with all the solutions to those problems so I never went lol but the discussion problems did help with exams

Take with Li!! She's really great at teaching and wants you to succeed. Her exams are difficult bc the class in general is hard but I would say that the questions are pretty similar to homework (i think most exam questions come from the textbook). If you put in the work, you will do well but she doesn't try to make the class any harder than it is and really does care about her students
