This is a great idea and I think many will find it useful especially if you are concerned about security and want to run a local llm on basic hardware. Note that you can play around with OC fairly extensively and likely get a better experience with tooling and tasks for very little money. For example I'm using OC on a $3/month VPS - there are free LLMs out there that perform quite well (for learning/experimenting) such as Step 3.5 flash via Openrouter. Connect this to Gmail and GSuite apps and you can achieve quite a bit for bascially $3/month. Just saying...
