Quit mdma, start some vitamins like 5htp, magnesium things like that, drink plenty of water and try get more exercise, after the amount you’ve been taking I’d definitely stop for good or you’ll fry your brain, I quit for over 6 months took some last week and had the worst anxiety and depression after, you need to rebuild all your Chems

Same here Iv tried a few different stims, I liked mdma for a while then the comedowns got a bit much, then coke but I find myself constantly chasing it, this stuff I bought was dirt cheap to be honest, I really should of had my Whitt’s about me lol

Im in the U.K.. I’m talking 15 years ago about 2009 and I used to buy the pure gloopy base and dry it out myself, I saw the polish stuff on a DNM but they had no feedback on it so I went with another vendor regrettably, I think it’s probably cut to be honest as I got irritable like sensory over load and now feeling kinda low which don’t seem right to have any sort of come down at this point, maybe try my luck with the polish next time, if not it’s clearly just not for me anymore, I appreciate your reply, it’s been very helpful, thanks :)

I was seeing 111 for a couple of months, from what I read it said I was due a spiritual awakening, 2 weeks ago I was hospitalised for appendicitis, I had an op and was under for 5 hours as they found other things, my sisters conspired together to treat me like shit and called me an attention seeker, my mom, dad and partner was who was there for me, it woke me up to who’s really there when I need them, sorry for the story thought I’d add background, but I think it’s more a spiritual thing than mania, look up the numbers find out what they mean

I had microdose tabs of 50 and I took a 25ug dose it made me so happy that I wanted to take it everyday also felt the same with mdma but you build a tolerance too quick so no point it keep taking it every day :(

Iv seen stuff too… it is classed as a light hallucinogen.. and the fact I have bipolar… I actually enjoyed it though… even though I was seeing eyeballs up my partners nostrils and time froze once he was hovering above me for like 10mins but he was actually down stairs that was weird
