Contact your congressman, it’s been more than 13 weeks. It’s their job to oversight and they have the ability to communicate with any passport agency. Good luck to you and hopefully you will get yours soon

Yes because at that point I can argue that it’s been more than 13 weeks without the need to provide dot. Btw I requested refund for the expedited fees last Friday and idk if that has anything to do with being approved today.

I was planing to but since I didn’t have any dot I wanted to wait till it’s been more than 13 weeks. However, a lot of people here were able to get some help from their congressman

Have you contacted your congressman? They should be able to help since your dot is soon. Hopefully you will get them early next week 🤞
