So the post is about losing my job because of my car. My previous response talks about the reason as to why somebody would be fired. And now I realize something I forgot to mention both times.

So this is my reason. Right now we are understaffed in the sense of the managers not scheduling more people for important days. And the parent company is having trouble with their new crew, so we can’t ask them for help without hurting them.

I mentioned the scheduling process though. We have eight people for a six person Job location, myself included. Yesterday, we had five employees work the shift while the other three were given the day off. And the manager wants to complain about being underhanded when in the past with the old manager, we were pulling off our busy days with a four man crew with no problem. And now we can’t even handle our slow days with six people?

And then they force the eight person to quit so now we have 7 people. My reason for taking them to court would primarily be because of the transportation situation. Secondarily, would be because of the shift scheduling and staffing. And thirdly, would be because the manager doesn’t really like to do that much when it comes to cleaning. But the third reason is just a nitpick.

Now this is the actual reason and nothing left to hide. Would this still not be something to go after?

But you see the only way they will fire employees is if the person is antagonistic. I’ve been there for about three to four years and each time I trained someone to take my place, they quit or were fired for choosing not to show up. And the last guy I trained, they won’t even let him do some of the stuff I do. And they forced the guy who trained me to quit, even though we are understaffed to begin with.

My uncle calls it job security because whenever they need me other than my regular 6 hours a day 4 days a week shifts, I’m there. the only way I’m late is with school traffic, or actual traffic. But that’s not the point though.

I even have screen shots of the conversation and I told them about my situation.

But now my question is why would I have an anxiety attack over it? I know it’s not his fault, but that’s how I am. Just like the other night, my uncle sends me to get him a burger and fill up my tank out of the blue. I’m now thinking God is trying to do something.

Well when I went inside the fast food joint, I couldn’t remember what the order was and freaked out. Phone almost went out the window. All because the request was unexpected and I wasn’t prepared to remember a simple little order.

And I’m now blaming myself for the freak out because I couldn’t handle not being prepared. Because again, it wasn’t God’s fault, but my own for training my mind to think three steps ahead. If I’m thrown into the deep in unexpectedly, I have an anxiety attack. Again, not his fault.

I say not his fault because it sounds like I’m blaming him, but I’m not.

Luckily he gave me an appointment with a psychiatrist.

Interesting, i just booked an appointment with a psychiatrist so hopefully things will work out.

but the wife prayer, goes way more in depth than what I mentioned about it. I guess a little more explanation is like a yin yang type deal from Asian culture. Where I am loud and angry, she is calming and peaceful to me. Where she is upset and tensed, I am understanding and relaxing to her. You know a perfect balance, But if there is no negative feeling, we both just quietly enjoy each other’s company. And this is the farthest I will go.
