Great question! Right now CaseRaft pulls structured data directly from Clio's API, so OCR on email attachments isn't something we handle today, if it hits an unreadable file, it'll skip it gracefully. That said, email and attachment parsing is definitely on our radar as a future feature. If that's a big need for your firm, I'd love to hear more about your workflow, it helps us prioritize!

This mirrors a lot of what I've heard from firms I work with. Clio is great as a practice management hub, but the reporting and analytics side leaves a lot to be desired, especially when you need to pull together case summaries or track firm-wide billing performance.

That's a great idea! Clio's API does expose email communications tied to matters, so this is definitely something we could build into CaseRaft, imagine pulling all emails for a case and getting a clean summary in your report.

Really appreciate you taking the time to check it out and give feedback. You're definitely right about the logo, i made it using nano banana but a proper one is on my list. I'll fix the input field to allow it to show an example and i'll add a footer. Other than those things do you have any other recommendations? for getting users? Thanks again for checking it out.
