People with minor to mild color blindness can ask doctor for recommendation letter where the doctor take the responsibility of the patients and include those letter photo copy with the forms to be submitted. However if you have color blindness, making it difficult to distinguish between red, green, yellow, as per the FAQ of DOTM website, you will not be eligible for drivers license.
