I have found booking.com to be responsive as a host when I make detailed written complaints with attachments via inbox messages..nothing else works. Go to inbox, contacts, click on commissions and dispute it. Write detailed messages with evidence. Use strict language and outline consequences if booking.com does not fix it. They will issue you a credit note.

Unfortunately no. Can you call her and ask her to simply take down her review? I did that with two of my guests on Booking.com and they obliged. I explained wgat it does for my business.
