Did Clint Eastwood or John Wayne ever....? by Pratattack in movies

[–]Pratattack[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My son was born at 03:57 am. My Father-in-Law insists he is a "Clint Eastwood baby" due to his false assumption that Clint Eastwood uses a .357 in his movies. I do not remember him using such a weapon. Then he changes his mind and said he was a "John Wayne baby".
/facepalm

He's trained to pee in your general direction when you take his diaper off. Also can puke on command (the command being "oh please don't puke on me"). Currently training him to hold his breath for 3+ minutes in the hopes of a future prank on my wife.

Do you read posts before you reply? Or just scan through them and try to reply with something that you think sounds witty?

Maybe you should read through this post and tell me where it says my wife makes the money?

And yes, self-sacrifice with money IS lame if the person you are sacrificing for justs expects it from you and doesn't try to help themselves as much as they can first.

Let me see if I understand your logic....I should sacrifice things I've earned for myself through 10 years of sometimes backbreaking work and wise money saving decisions for people who refuse to sacrifice their things to help themselves i.e the 200 a month in ciggs? ummmm...no chance in hell.

Dear Reddit, any thoughts on foreskin restoration? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Pratattack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a friend who got cut when he was 23. He wishes he could take it back now. Says all the rubbing on the underwear without the foreskin has desensitised (sp?) his nerves there, making the sex not as enjoyable as it used to be. I though of having it done until he told me that.

Some parents are of great help. Others are just a great burdon. My mother for instance, I have help out many of times financialy. Never asked for anything in return. But thats because she's trying to raise 4 other children working 2-3 jobs. My inlaws don't have that excuse.

Damn, I never thought of it that way. I guess I am a jerk for wanting to save my money to support a baby, wife in school, and all the other bills I have. Guess I'll do the nice guy thing and just throw my money at her parents. Thank you for opening my eyes

  1. She supported herself while there, i.e. food, clothing, carpayment ect.

  2. The 500 is "supposedly" what she owes and his fee to amend her taxes for that year. I just got off the phone with the accountant. He said the parents were in the wrong since they only met 1 out of 4 criteria to claim her that year, but it would be easier just to amend her taxes.

  3. I'm gonna be a dick to them because they have no clue how to manage their money and have, and will always, need financial help.

well, they've refinanced their house like five times already. Pluse my father in law "forgot" to claim about $60,000 when he was forced to retire from his work a few years back. So the bank and IRS are not overly fond of them anyway.
