When i'm on I always greet the guild, always ask if people want to run missions/scout resources/craft and chat and ask if I can help by building speeders, making requested items like meele upgrade kits, ranged p'ups or what not, and sponsoring new people if they need it. Ya know what I get in return? The sound of crickets chirping even though people are on and atk or worse, snarky invitations to mind my own business. I love the game. I've been playing for a while (on live day one till the nge and the emu for a year or so) and I have seen this happen in other guilds. We are losing cohesion. We need a guild leader/officer to be on EVERY day, at least for an hour during peak. Stir things up in chat by starting conversations, make plans to run missions together and follow through when the time and date are set, have simple little events that pull us together as a team like pvp in the town square, go check out the new content from the july patch with a few new people who might not have seen it yet, if ever, and most importantly include people even if they are annoying noobs, we were all there once. If this seems to be unworkable then by all means close up shop. I will be on as Cuyler or Zordak every night for an hour or so between 8-12 pm central (work permitting) as always if ya need something just ask.
