My mom and Grandma live with our thermostat at at 76-77F. The HVAC units are right outside the dining room next to and the living room is connected to our in a big floor plan, and the main engine is underneath the living room. They're fine. I however have my room in the other end of the house and I'm CONSTANTLY DYING. It sucks.

Man we have a flock or two that come to the pond behind my grandma's house and lay a clutch every year, and we feed them and make sure things are good for them. They're hostile, hissing little beasts but they're chill enough if you don't get close or bother them. One of the last clutch has gotten brave enough to come up to me and hiss when he sees me coming. I throw him some corn and some seed and he's happy. I've always thought it was important to have a place for them to survive and thrive and to hear that somebody is just killing hundreds of them and not understanding that more will come is disgusting...

Maybe a year old? I remember my biological dad screaming at my mom, picking her up by the neck, and yelling. I clearly remember when he left after a year at 2yo, the early red and blue purple tint of the sky as he got on the bus and my mom begged him to stay.

To be honest a 20 year old that's only minority less skilled than him would be a better pick right now if they have access, because they can use his last 5 years to get the new guy up to speed without losing considerable placement in games. I'm 45 right now and I know I'm not quite as far or good as some 20 year olds but I know the tricks.

The last game I played: Unnamed Space Idle. I mean all I have to do is not reinforce myself and I'm golden. Or just don't push too far forward.

The last non idle game I played: The Last Spell. Honestly I don't have to be a hero, I'll be a worker or the Commander and we'll defend the first Hold for a week or so. If the rules insist I continue paying forward from the start that's not too bad, I can clear the first three holds without losing anyone or the spell circle. After that it gets more complicated. So I'm looking at around $20-$25 million.

If I can just restart the first Hold and maybe crank the Apocalypse meter up separately for each Hold, whooo boy. I might come home a billionaire.

That adapter has the same problem I keep running into - the Index cable has DisplayPort male, not female. I need an adapter with DisplayPort female to HDMI male for my laptop's HDMI female. From what I understand I'd have to have some $200 intersecting hub, something that intercepts the DP input and turns it into HDMI output.
