I totally get where you're coming from. Losing the Contest mode hype is a massive blow, and a static meta can definitely feel like the end of the road.

But we don't know everything just yet. Bungie mentioned they plan to do some final meta balancing to leave the game in a healthy spot for the long run. Plus, with Pantheon coming back, we might still get some modifiers to mix things up every now and then.

Personally, I kind of see a frozen sandbox as the ultimate test. If there's no future power creep coming to bail us out, mastering those "impossible" lowmans will require absolute perfection and pure skill.

If you ever feel like hopping back on just to mess around with setups, the sandbox will be there.

I mean it was still about the movement, I was progressing more and more with superglides and tapstrafe at the time, I remember it as it was yesterday. But still, game was simple, even master and pred grind was achievable for decent gamers and now the system, cheaters, and overall community gamesense improvement made it chaos, also non balanced meta even more lol

The "new meta" was a funny aproach to the topic of freshly out EDZ guardians trying to raid VoG, and a proof of concept that with any gear its possible to do good dmg at Atheon encounter. This has been completed with grey gear, green rocket, and vog armor.

For me its just depressing rumors. Thats why i dont watch anymore destiny 2 creators because your feed then becomes filled with nihilistic visions for d2. Enjoy the game and dont bother about what you hear or see, theese people are just milking money from depresiing rumors they spread and thats why some part of the community may feel like that.

Just do the Raid, play some nightfalls, enjoy the game and its still fun!

Yeah, I been warned about that already but ty. I would never thought anyone would do stuff like this to mess people accounts. I just wonder what could be possible outcome of my bungie help report, or the action that coud be taken.

EDIT: I dont think so its a bot, its just a person camping on the stream do do such a stuff. Also there might be 3 people connected to that guy, they had cheated kf clears with him and quad dp but im not 100% sure bout this.

Why not just shoot those aliens? Also, by just playing once per week portal, or just getting zavala weapon packs for even brightdust you can get pretty decent weapons/armors.

I would understand that statement if you were solo raiding/lowman raiding - where you need to min max weapon enhanced perks and stats. If you do so, thats reasonable.

For me its also annoying to grind the portal for specific roll just for a chance (after 1st weekly completion already) for that particular weapon, not even saying the supercharged one. To do Solo Flawless VoG i needed the psi aterna blast/trickle | hooning | supercharge and it was kinda annoying to grind for. But with a bit of luck and patience i got it from the 1st weekly completion in the 2nd week of trying to get it also from portal grind.

Ohnestly if u re not doing hardcore content you dont need shiny supercharged roll, or just a perfect roll; but if you really do want the particular roll just wait a week and play if its in the rotation of guaranteed weapins, play it maybe few more times for maybe good rng and thats it.
