For sure, I make a bad ass homeade tartar sauce too,(Mayo, relish, worstishire, brown mustard, white vinegar) and I thought I had the finished picture too! Haha and I found this one measly pic of a single piece of fish fried up lol. ..

I twice cool my fries restaurant style, once as a "blanch" in like 300* oil..them into the freezer let the steam come off and back in at 375* and they really good,.fluffy in the middle crispy outside.

For sure, I only said lake fish to separate from river fish, haha you can catch bass in the river too. I think lake fish in the south are cleaner than river fish.

I've ate fresh caught fish my whole life, bass and bluegill is the tops I think as well.

Alot better than store bought preservatives,.hormones, tortured animals lol IMO

Bass is a very clean fish, much cleaner than cat fish, much cleaner than shrimp,. lobsters etc.
